Hospitality on a new culinary course means for us: choose according to your mood and, like the Swabians, draw from the full.
You can take a seat in our cosy Bäumle or in our traditional restaurant.
Berthold Schmidinger's kitchen team, led by head chef Christian Mayr and sous chef Günther Dillmann, combine imaginative and harmonious local dishes with the finest of creative cookery from around the globe.
